What Reports does
Reports turns your lodge’s records into the documents the committee, the auditors and the annual meeting ask for. The Secretary downloads the member register, a membership summary, the year’s attendance and the candidates in progress; the Treasurer downloads the year’s dues, everyone in arrears (dues and unpaid charges from any year), every payment between two dates with totals by method, and each event’s bookings and takings. Each one comes as Excel, with the numbers kept as numbers so you can add them up, as a print-ready PDF with your lodge’s name and logo, or as CSV. Every download is recorded in the audit log.

About Reports
- Who can download reports?
- The Secretary and lodge admins get the membership reports; the Treasurer and lodge admins get the money reports. Members never see them.
- Can we open them in Excel or Google Sheets?
- Yes. The Excel file opens in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets, with totals and filters ready. CSV is there too for any other program.
