Privacy policy

This policy explains how AshlarIQ (“we”, “us”), a product of JDE Business Solutions (Thailand) Co., Ltd., handles personal information collected through ashlariq.com. JDE Business Solutions (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is responsible for that information. A data processing agreement for the AshlarIQ platform is available to subscribing lodges and bodies on request.

What we collect

• Application, demo and briefing forms: your name, email address, role, lodge or jurisdiction, approximate size and any message you choose to send.
• Sign-up: your lodge’s name, number, Grand Lodge and currency, and your name, email address and office, which we use to create your lodge’s account and email you a sign-in link.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and to prevent abuse. We also use a temporary, hashed record of your IP address to limit form spam.

This website uses no advertising, tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Please don’t send ritual content or other people’s personal details through our forms.

How we use it

• To review your application, demo or briefing request and to contact you about it.
• To set up and run your lodge’s trial, and to contact you about it.
• To keep this website secure and free of spam.

Our legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in running a secure website. We never sell personal information or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep application details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless your lodge becomes a customer, in which case our customer agreement applies. Spam-prevention records are deleted automatically within 24 hours.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as the GDPR and Thailand’s PDPA may give you the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email hello@ashlariq.com.
