Yes. Each meeting is regular, emergency, installation or a lodge of instruction, with its own date, time, venue and agenda, and appears in the lodge calendar for officers and members.

How is attendance taken?

With one tap per brother on the meeting page, or by scanning members’ digital ID cards at the door with Check-In. Visitors verified at the door are added to the attendance too, and each member’s attendance history is kept. With Perfect Ashlar, Reports turns a year’s attendance into Excel or PDF.

What Meetings does

Meetings plans the lodge year: regular, emergency, installation and instruction meetings with venue, time and agenda. The Secretary uploads the summons as a PDF and emails it to every member with one click, with the festive board’s booking link below. On the day, members and visitors check themselves in by scanning a QR code at the door, or the Secretary ticks them off, and the minutes are kept with the meeting.
