What Knowledge does
Knowledge puts the lodge’s bylaws, policies and approved guidance in one place that every member can search from their phone. The Secretary uploads a PDF or Word file, or pastes the text; AshlarIQ splits it into articles and paragraphs, and each search result shows the matching words and links straight to the paragraph it came from. Documents can be shared with every member or kept for officers only. Ritual is never uploaded. Officers can also ask AI Secretary in everyday words and get the answer quoted from the right paragraph.

About Knowledge
- Can we ask questions instead of searching?
- Yes. Officers can ask AI Secretary, for example “When are dues payable?”, and it quotes the sentence from your bylaws with a link to the paragraph, or says plainly when the answer isn’t there.
- Can we upload ritual?
- No. Ritual is never uploaded, stored or indexed. The Secretary confirms this for every document.
