What Treasurer does
Treasurer is lodge dues software for the Treasurer. It bills a year’s dues for every member in one step, by membership type (each with its own dues and joining fee), records payments by bank transfer, PromptPay, cash, card or cheque, numbers receipts automatically and shows who is in arrears. Every receipt is a PDF with your lodge’s name and logo, emailed to the member and ready to download, and the year exports to CSV for the accounts.

About Treasurer
- Which currencies are supported?
- Any ISO currency. Each lodge sets its own (for example THB, GBP, USD or AUD).
- Does it take payments online?
- Yes, with Pay, also part of Perfect Ashlar: members pay online through the lodge’s own Stripe account or send a bank transfer slip, and each payment lands in the Treasurer’s records with a numbered receipt. Treasurer also records payments made by any other method.
