What Festive Board does
Festive Board collects dining bookings after a meeting: each member chooses a menu for themselves and their guests and notes any dietary needs, and the Secretary gets a one-page caterer sheet with the totals per dish, every dietary note and the seating list, ready to print or download.

About Festive Board
- How does the caterer get the numbers?
- Open the event and choose Caterer sheet: it shows the total covers, the number of each menu choice and every dietary need, on one printable page. You can also download the full list as a CSV.
- Can members bring guests?
- Yes. Each member books their own seat and their guests (up to the limit you set), with a menu choice and dietary note for every seat. Every booking also gets a QR pass for the door.
- Can members pay for the festive board online?
- Yes, with Pay in Perfect Ashlar: members pay for their booking by card, or by bank transfer with a slip the Treasurer approves, and the booking is marked as paid.
