What Check-In & Visitor Verification does
Check-In records attendance at the door: members and visitors scan the meeting’s QR code with their own phone and check themselves in, and visiting brothers from other AshlarIQ lodges are verified from their ID card in seconds. The host lodge sees only the visitor’s name, home lodge and whether he is in good standing; contact details and dues history are never shared, and every check is logged.

- What does the host lodge learn about a visitor?
- His name, his home lodge and whether he is in good standing. Nothing else.
- Do both lodges need to use AshlarIQ?
- To verify a visitor automatically, yes: his home lodge or body must be on AshlarIQ. Every lodge that joins makes verification faster for all the others.
- Does the host need special equipment?
- No. Any phone, tablet or laptop with a camera scans the QR code on the visitor’s card, or the code can be typed in.
