What AI Secretary does
AI Secretary is an assistant for the Secretary and Treasurer, built into AshlarIQ. Ask in everyday words: it drafts summonses, minutes, welcome letters, dues reminders, event notices and the annual report from your lodge’s own records; reports who is in arrears, attendance, membership and officers; and answers questions from your bylaws and policies by quoting the paragraph, or says plainly that the answer isn’t there. It runs entirely inside AshlarIQ with no outside AI service, so your lodge’s records never leave the platform. It never sends anything: you review every draft, and every request is logged.

About AI Secretary
- Does it send our data to ChatGPT or another AI company?
- No. AI Secretary is built into AshlarIQ and runs on our own servers. Your lodge’s records and documents are never sent to an outside AI service.
- Can it make things up?
- It doesn’t write from imagination. Drafts and reports are built from your lodge’s own records, and answers quote your own documents with a link to the paragraph. When the answer isn’t there, it says so.
- Will the AI see ritual?
- No. Ritual is never uploaded, stored or indexed.
